Our Pledge to You
Gifts of all sizes are needed and deeply appreciated at
Hong Kong Adventist Hospital Foundation. Here is what
you can expect as our supporter.
Involvement - We will inform, serve, guide,
or otherwise assist you in support of our activities,
but will not pressure or unduly persuade. We will always
encourage you to seek independent tax or legal counsel
when considering charitable gift planning.
Responsibility - We will use your gift wisely
to provide the highest quality, most compassionate care
possible and to advance medical progress. You can designate
your gift to a specific area, such as cancer, heart
disease, etc. At Hong Kong Adventist Hospital Foundation,
you can be confident that your gift will be used as
you intend.
About 5 cents of every dollar we receive from philanthropy
is devoted to fundraising and administration. This is
a small percentage among charitable organizations, which
means that more of your contribution goes towards the
life-saving programs that you want to support.
Appreciation - We will send you an official
receipt, expressing our thanks. Your gift is tax-deductible
as provided by law. Donors of HK$100 or more receive
an acknowledgement letter from the Director of Support
Services, Vice President or CEO.
Recognition - We will provide you with the level
of recognition consistent with your gift(s).
Privacy - We will respect the wishes of our
donors who choose to remain anonymous.
