The Hong Kong Adventist Hospital promotes the Adventist philosophy of "Total Health".

"Total Health" means that we would not be satisfied with the diagnosis and successful treatment of the patient's medical problems. We view every patient as a whole person in the total context of his beliefs, family, work, and lifestyle, and seek to restore him to a full functional life.

We initiate programs in disease prevention, health assessment, lifestyle management and organize rehabilitation programs for patients suffering from chronic diseases. We commit time, talent and support to educate the public in the principles of healthful living at the community level.
