SuperFunfit Weight Management Program
There are numerous weight control programs advertised to the public on a daily basis through various media outlets, however, the quality and credibility of these programs caries considerably. Most weight control programs do not provide a prolonged personal follow-up, which is extremely important for maintenance and fitness. Also, due to lack of facilities, most programs are unable to offer thorough medical check-ups prior to commencing such a program. A hospital-organized program however, provides all these necessary services, and what is more, clients can feel confident with a fully-trained professional Medical Team organizing and conducting the program. Based on the former Funfit program, this program will benefit patients with hypertension, diabetes, high blood cholesterol, heart disease and other chronic disease.

The SuperFunfit Weight Control Program contains:

A 3 month personalized weight control program
Blood test
Treadmill test (Exercise Stress Test)
Doctor's consultation
An Exercise Physiologist conducts all exercise sessions
Consultation with the registered Dietitian
Consultation with a Psychologist
Pre-exercise Assessment to establish the individuals client's level of fitness, as well as the Pilates program
Consultation by Health Educator
