Fitness Club
The
Adventist Hospital Fitness Club is one of the first
running clubs in Hong Kong. Since 1984 the club has
been preparing people for marathons, half-marathons
and other races. However, the main objective of the
club is to motivate people to exercise. Since 2002 the

Now everybody can participate in the club activities,
even those who are not prepared to run a full marathon.
