栄養カウンセリングと食事指導

栄養豊富で健康的な食生活を心がけることはアドベンティストの理念である「トータルヘルス」の重要な要素の１つであり、そのために当院では、栄養カウンセリングと食事サービスの提供を行っています。

入院中に栄養士との面談をご希望の方は、内線8861にご連絡ください。栄養士が直接病棟に伺います。尚、ご紹介があれば外来でのご予約も承ります。

特長

個別メニュー

栄養士が患者一人一人のライフスタイルと食事習慣を評価した上で、患者の健康状態と嗜好に合った献立を提案します。
栄養士による健康的で美味しい食事の簡単なレシピと作り方を提供します。
家でも外でも健康で幸せな毎日を過ごせるよう、栄養士がテイクアウトや食品の購入、栄養価の高いスナックに関するアドバイスをいたします。
栄養士との面談では、検査結果や経過報告をもとに、多種多様な栄養摂取ができるよう献立を調整します。

運動のすすめ

バランスのとれた食生活と適度の運動は、健康体重の維持、高血圧、高血糖、高血中脂質の管理、循環器機能の改善、生活習慣病の予防に大変効果があります。
栄養士が自宅でできる簡単な運動をご紹介します。

フレキシブルな予約制度

ご都合に合わせて栄養士とのご予約を承ります。また、WhatsappやZoomでの面談も可能です。

サービス内容

栄養カウンセリング

初回面談では、体組成測定と栄養評価をします。その後は、必要に応じて週一または隔週での面談（３０分）をご提案します。栄養士が食事メニューを再検討し、質問に答え、健康状態の経過を見ながら食事内容を調整します。

食事指導と栄養教育

栄養士が食事指導と栄養教育をします。

がん患者
慢性疾患患者（心臓病、糖尿病、高脂血症、痛風、十二指腸潰瘍、過敏性腸症候群など）
妊婦
産後または授乳中の方

面談前の注意事項

初回面談では、栄養士が現在の健康状態と食事習慣を分析します。今後の目標を設定するためにも、過去２～３日分の食事日記と、健康診断の結果報告書をお持ちください。

24-Hour Urgent Care Service

Beginning October 1, 2021, for all special clinic bookings, the Hospital will charge the patients a “facility fee” of HK$500 per 30 minutes session for regular consultation and a HK$1,500 “facility charge – procedure” for consultation / treatment requiring special equipment.
