eHealth+ Connectivity Accreditation Scheme!

What does "Gold
Accreditation Mark" mean?
The eHealth+
Connectivity Accreditation Scheme classifies
healthcare providers into gold, silver, and bronze
tiers based on the types of electronic health
records they can deposit. The Gold Accreditation
Mark signifies that our hospitals have the
technical capability to deposit more than
five key types of electronic health
records (including allergy and adverse drug
reaction, encounters/appointments, medications,
immunisation, laboratory and radiology reports).
This ensures your medical records are more
complete and seamlessly shared, helping your
doctor gain a fuller picture of your
health.

eHealth connects public
and private healthcare providers. Participation is
voluntary – you can decide which private
healthcare providers are authorized to access your
health records, ensuring your privacy and data
autonomy are fully protected. You can also use the
“Doctor Search” function on the eHealth website
(https://www.ehealth.gov.hk/en/index.html) or eHealth App to
check the accreditation level of individual
healthcare providers and the types of records they
can deposit.

「醫健通+連通認證計劃」按醫護提供者可存放電子健康紀錄的類別，分為金、銀、銅三級。「金章」代表本院已具備技術能力，可存放多於五類重要電子健康紀錄（包括敏感及藥物不良反應、住院、到診及預約資料、藥物、防疫接種紀錄、化驗報告及放射報告），讓您的病歷更完整、更全面地互通，有助醫生掌握更全面的健康狀況。
