Manager / Assistant Manager(Full-time) Patient Business Department
- Supervise over all daily operations and perform ad hoc duties
- Maintain efficiency and effectiveness of service provided in both in-patient & out-patient
- Ensure all financial bills are cleared and process all patient transactions promptly and accurately
- Well acquainted in contract terms with insurance companies
- Support ad hoc projects when required
- Degree holder or above in related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years supervisory in customer service or accounting industry with proven leadership and team management experience
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferable
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good problem-solving skill
- Proactive, strong sense of responsibilities, able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager
