Manager / Assistant Manager(Full-time) Patient Business Department

職責
  • Supervise over all daily operations and perform ad hoc duties
  • Maintain efficiency and effectiveness of service provided in both in-patient & out-patient
  • Ensure all financial bills are cleared and process all patient transactions promptly and accurately
  • Well acquainted in contract terms with insurance companies
  • Support ad hoc projects when required
職位要求
  • Degree holder or above in related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years supervisory in customer service or accounting industry with proven leadership and team management experience
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is preferable
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good problem-solving skill
  • Proactive, strong sense of responsibilities, able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager
