Customer Service Representative (Casual) Adventist Medical Center

Duties
Perform general reception duties including cashier and billing handling, coordinate and communicate with visitors
Coordinate with housekeeping and facilities maintenance service, procures supplied and/or equipment
Handle various clerical and administrative duties
Maintain and update record
Assist in ad-hoc assignments
Requirement
High School Diploma or above
Work experience in customer service and clerical support is preferable
Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Word Processing
Proficient in both spoken and written English & Cantonese, good command in Mandarin will be an advantage
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Strong administration and time management skills
Detail oriented, positive attitude, self-motivated to be able to work independently and as part of a team
