Health Care Assistant (Full-time) 5-day work week - Central Clinic

Duties

Perform all-round patient business services including handling inquiries, appointment booking, billing and patient registration, etc.
Assist and chaperone during procedures and tidying up
Provide general patient education
Monitor and control the stock of medication
Assist in DOH inspection and report
Work location mainly at Central Clinic, occasionally work shift at hospital depend on the caseload and manpower arrangement
Other ad hoc duties assigned
