Housekeeping Officer (Full-time) - 5 day work week
Housekeeping
Duties
Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and task assignments.
Conduct quality control checking to ensure all rooms, common areas and all offices are cleaned and maintained to high standards.
Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and infection control measures.
Monitor compliance with regulatory guidelines and implement best practices.
Shift duties may be required to ensure staff maintains the standards.
Requirement
DSE or above
Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management, Hospitality or related discipline is preferable
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Knowledge of cleaning best practices, chemicals, equipment, and procedures is an advantage
