Housekeeping Officer (Full-time) - 5 day work week
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and task assignments.
- Conduct quality control checking to ensure all rooms, common areas and all offices are cleaned and maintained to high standards.
- Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and infection control measures.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory guidelines and implement best practices.
- Shift duties may be required to ensure staff maintains the standards.
- DSE or above
- Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management, Hospitality or related discipline is preferable
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning best practices, chemicals, equipment, and procedures is an advantage
