Wound Care Nurse(Full-time) - 5 days work week
Nursing
Duties
Provide expert consultation and implement nursing care on wound, stoma and incontinence management
to inpatients, outpatients and day patients
Establish and revise the wound management protocols and guideline
Develop, coordinate and implement wound, stoma and incontinence educational programs for hospital staff, patients and carers
Coordinate quality improvement initiatives to optimize wound and stoma care outcomes in conjunction with task group and other parties
Requirement
Must hold Hong Kong Registered Nurse and current practicing certificate
At least 1 year clinical work experience on related area or above is preferred
Obtainment of wound care related qualification
Enterostomal therapist course certificate is preferred
Applicants must be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
Ability to demonstrate good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
5-day work week & shift rotation required
