Remarks

The above charges only include the operating room fee. All medication, consumable supplies, special equipment and instruments are not included.
Office hours of operating room: Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 22:00; Friday and Sunday, 08:00 - 18:00. Non-office hours of operating room / emergency services: Saturday and Hospital holiday.
A 50% emergency surcharge will be levied for services during the non-office hours of operating room / emergency services or when scheduled with less than 4 hours notice.
