Terms and Conditions

1. Applicable for all robotic-assisted surgery.
2. Applicable to Hong Kong local routes only (one way trip from Hong Kong Adventist Hospital – Stubbs Road to the patient’s residential address); service is valid on the day of discharge only.
3. Booking must be confirmed upon admission.
4. Each vehicle can accommodate a maximum of 6 passengers (the patient plus up to 5 companions; suggest patient plus up to 3 companions).
5. This service is offered to patients who are discharged between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
6. Service provides a single one way return journey only and is non transferable.
7. The executive limousine service is managed and operated by independent third party providers with third party insurance. Passengers are protected under the third party provider’s insurance. The Hospital is not responsible for the service quality, safety, or for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of the limousine service, and patients should direct all claims or complaints to the provider.
