The executive limousine transfer service aims to provide a high-end, comfortable transportation experience for the bank's VIP customers. This service requires self-payment and offers point-to-point transfers to help you reach your destination with ease, covering Hong Kong and cross-border routes, including Macau, Shenzhen Bay, and Futian, etc.

Important Information
- The effective date is from now until 31 December 2026.
- This Program is only applicable to Private Wealth and Wealth Management customer of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited (“BOCHK”) (“Eligible Customer”).
- Customers may be asked to verify the identity as Eligible Customer by showing BOCHK ATM card or BOCHK Mobile Banking App page at the request of the Merchant prior to enjoy the offers.
- Eligible Customers must pay the service(s) by using BOC Credit Cards, BOC UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Cards and BOC Co-branded Cards issued in Hong Kong bearing the BOC logo or BOC MasterCard® Debit Card.
- The limousine service is only available for Eligible Persons who have purchased the related packages.
- Booking is required to use the service with 3 days in advance.
- The service covers the Greater Bay Area.
- Applicable tunnel charges are included in the fare (Hong Kong only).
- Waiting time is free for the first 30 minutes; an additional charge of HK$700 per trip will be applied for every extra 30 minutes thereafter.
- Services performed between 20:00 and 07:59 will incur an extra charge of HK$500 per trip.
- Cancellations made less than twelve office hours prior to service will incur a 50% charge.
- The limousine service is managed and operated exclusively by independent third-party providers. The SDAC and Services Centres shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the quality, safety, reliability, or any loss, damage, or consequence arising from the use of the limousine service. No representation, warranty, or endorsement is made in respect of this service. Any claims, complaints, or disputes arising out of the limousine service shall be addressed directly to the third-party provider.
- Hong Kong Adventist Hospital - Stubbs Road reserves the right to update the fee schedule, brochure, terms and conditions. Any change of fee schedule will be announced and notices will be published in advance, in accordance with the statutory notice period. Any other changes except the fee schedule may be made at any time as it sees fit without prior notice, you are advised to check the latest information before using our services.
