- All services must be scheduled and completed before the end date.
- This package includes pre-injection assessment, RSV vaccine, and injection fee.
- Vaccination Subsidy Scheme is not applicable to this package.
- The package cannot be used in conjunction with other special package; it cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. The package is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
