Hong Kong Adventist Hospital – Stubbs Road has always been at the forefront of medical innovation, actively introducing advanced technological instruments to continuously enhance the quality of patient care and treatment outcomes.
In 2024, we officially established the Robotic Surgery Center, becoming the first to deploy multiple advanced robotic arm systems and elevating precision medicine to a new level:
- The Hong Kong first robotic surgical system applicable to the entire spine: provides unprecedented stability for neurosurgery and complex spinal procedures.
- A new robotic system for total knee replacement: helps orthopedic surgeons perform joint replacements more precisely, preserving more healthy tissue.
- The fourth-generation da Vinci robotic surgical system: widely used in urology, general surgery, ENT, and cancer surgery, well suited for tumor resection and other complex procedures. Latest development: introduction of a robotic-assisted system for hip replacement
To further enhance the patient experience, our hospital recently introduced a robotic-arm-assisted system applicable to hip replacement. The system enables more precise and safer total hip replacement procedures, helping patients resume normal life and regain activity faster.
Our multi-disciplinary team has undergone rigorous training and certification, possessing rich clinical experience to ensure that every patient receives personalized and precise treatment in a safe and professional environment, significantly enhancing surgical success rates and post-operative quality of life.
