Child Weight Management Program

Target to help parents understand their child’s health status and plan weight control journey through professional advices and guidance.

Age Group: 6 - 17 years old

Program details:
Our weight management team (including family physicians, physical therapists, and registered dietitians) will provide a specialized care plan for children. The plan includes monthly in-person/online consultations to assist children in managing their weight and controlling hunger and satiety. Additionally, they will teach proper exercise methods, set fitness goals, and encourage regular physical activity.

Plan Include:

• Designated Family Medicine / General Practitioner 
  
  • Detailed Analysis and Assessment of Child Obesity/ Underweight Issues
• Physical Fitness Tests and Provide Exercise Guidance by Physical Therapist
• Guided by Registered Dietitian
  • Initial Weight Analysis and Monthly Follow-ups
  • Nutrition and Health Assessment
  • Personalized Dietary Plans and Recommendations

Terms and Conditions:

1. The offer is valid until 31 December 2024.

2. The participants have to complete the program within 3 months.

3. Parents must attend with their children.

4. The participants who purchased child screening services can enjoy an additional 10% off discount.

5. Appointments are required. To make or cancel an appointment, please contact our staff at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Extra charges may be incurred if medication, additional examinations, or laboratory tests that are not included in the package are required. For details, please contact our staff.
