The Medical Records Department maintains the confidentiality and security of clinical records, provides professional medical transcriptions, and manages the timely retrieval and accuracy of clinical records to ensure an optimal level of patient care. The department also processes medicolegal correspondence in accordance with established protocols and oversees the coding of medical records.
All medical records are kept for a period of time and patients are welcome to retrieve copies of their medical records during the opening hours of the Medical Records Department.
Due to privacy and security reasons, patients must submit the Health Records Request Form and contact us via telephone or email to obtain copies of their medical records.
