For over five hours in the operating room, they battled through immense challenges with masterful skill and steady resolve. When doctor emerged—exhausted yet reassuring—and explained everything clearly, we went from despair to relief in an instant. His expertise and commitment touched us profoundly.

The operating theatre team worked in perfect harmony, every movement precise amid the tension. In the ward, nurses provided round-the-clock care—gentle adjustments at midnight, quick responses to pain, patient answers to our endless questions—watching our family member recover from weakness to strength. Their kindness made the hospital feel like a second home.

Our sincere thanks also go to the floor reception team for their clear guidance during admissions and visits, easing us through the chaos. The lobby accounts staff handled billing with patience and clarity. And to the frontline staff—lobby attendants, security, and information desk staff—who directed us with smiles, to arrange taxi for us efficiently, and stayed cheerful in the rush—you quietly made everything possible.

We recently attended the health assessment service and would like to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent care and support provided.

We were recommended to your hospital by chi chi, and the experience has truly met and exceeded our expectations. The process was well-organized, and thoughtfully arranged.

The nurses and blood draw staff and supporting staff in 1/F were professional, caring, which made us feel comfortable even us quite nervous in injection when prepare the test.

Mr Chiang, a patient at your hospital, was previously admitted after a fall, and was recently readmitted with pneumonia. On both occasions, Ms Kwok assisted with arranging the doctor, coordinated the necessary follow-up, and looked after him with great patience and care.

Having to be admitted twice is naturally distressing for a patient. What stood out was that Ms Kwok remembered the previous admission, stayed attentive to Mr Chiang’s needs, communicated clearly with him and those around him, and made a difficult situation much more reassuring. Her diligence, warmth and professionalism reflect very well on your hospital.

Our hotel guest Mr. Park has treated by urgent care, he wants to send a heartwarming gratitude to you, officer Seff, urgent care doctor. From our hotel to the hospital, your team was so thoughtful to prepare wheelchair, and when the guest arrived, there was no waiting time been treated right away by all of your professional manner. Mr. Park is grateful for the exceptional support, care until he left the hospital, your staff was all the way to ensure guest feels comfortable.

Chi Chi and her team helped me to arrange emergency treatments and hospital admission, and I received appropriate care when I had severe headache and dizziness. After I was discharges, she was very patient in following up on my insurance.

I was admitted into The Adventist Hospital for two nights after a fall on 11th February 2025 under the care of doctors.
