On March 17, 2026, my family and I faced one of the most frightening moments of our lives at your hospital. As we waited anxiously in the corridor, hearts heavy with uncertainty, your team’s extraordinary professionalism, unwavering dedication, and genuine compassion turned our fear into hope. We are deeply grateful.

We would like to express our greatest thanks to cardiology specialist, and his surgical team. For over five hours in the operating room, they battled through immense challenges with masterful skill and steady resolve. When doctor emerged—exhausted yet reassuring—and explained everything clearly, we went from despair to relief in an instant. His expertise and commitment touched us profoundly.

The operating theatre team worked in perfect harmony, every movement precise amid the tension. In the ward, nurses provided round-the-clock care—gentle adjustments at midnight, quick responses to pain, patient answers to our endless questions—watching our family member recover from weakness to strength. Their kindness made the hospital feel like a second home.

Our sincere thanks also go to the floor reception team for their clear guidance during admissions and visits, easing us through the chaos. The lobby accounts staff handled billing with patience and clarity. And to the frontline staff—lobby attendants, security, and information desk staff—who directed us with smiles, to arrange taxi for us efficiently, and stayed cheerful in the rush—you quietly made everything possible.

Our hotel guest Mr. Park has treated by urgent care, he wants to send a heartwarming gratitude to you, officer Seff, urgent care doctor. From our hotel to the hospital, your team was so thoughtful to prepare wheelchair, and when the guest arrived, there was no waiting time been treated right away by all of your professional manner. Chi Chi and her team helped me to arrange emergency treatments and hospital admission, and I received appropriate care when I had severe headache and dizziness. After I was discharges, she was very patient in following up on my insurance.
