Terms & Conditions:
1. The effective date is from 5 May 2026 until 31 December 2026.
2. Packages are applicable exclusively to HSBC Premier Elite ("Customers") of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (the “Bank”) in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region only.
3. The Customers may be asked to verify the identity as HSBC Customers by showing HSBC Premier Card / HSBC HK Mobile Banking app / appointment made through Medical Concierge of Premier Elite at the request of the respective Partners prior to enjoying the packages.
4. In order to enjoy the package(s), the purchase of the package(s) must be paid with HSBC Premier Card.
5. The package is non-refundable.
6. Hong Kong Adventist Hospital - Stubbs Road reserves the right to update the fee schedule, brochure, terms and conditions. Any change of fee schedule will be announced and notices will be published in advance, in accordance with the statutory notice period. Any other changes except the fee schedule may be made at any time as it sees fit without prior notice, you are advised to check the latest information before using our services.
