Assist to plan, implement and develop the hospital’s overall marketing and business development strategies
Assist in managing the Adventist Health band in terms of brand definition, brand equity, strategy and brand communication
Assist in formulating, implementing, and evaluating marketing plan, business plans, marketing strategies, project and events and liaising with internal and external parties for their execution
Planning and developing of advertising campaigns, work with the Marketing team for the production of all marketing collaterals and business materials content
Building insurance as well as corporate business
Maintain relationship with insurance agencies for business agreements and referrals
Assist in maintaining physician relations and enhancing their engagement levels
Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or other related disciplines
Minimum 8 years solid work experience in Marketing/ PR/ Business Development, preferably from agency, healthcare, insurance or FMCG
Solid project management experience with strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
Prior experience in healthcare and medical industry will be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, Keynote, Adobe Photoshop
Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an added advantage
