The NEWSTART™ Program, developed at the Weimar Institute in California, USA, is a scientifically-backed, physician-monitored initiative aimed at improving health through natural lifestyle changes. This program, designed for all individuals, focuses on preventing and treating chronic diseases. Over the past thirty years, it has restored the health of countless participants.

The program is endorsed by several renowned doctors and scientists, including heart surgery and preventive medicine authority Dr. Dean Ornish and Dr. T. Collin Campbell from Cornell University.

Courses are held at various NEWSTART™ Centers in Asia, including locations in Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Thailand, Korea and Malaysia.
