Customer Service Representative (Full-time) - Adventist Medical Center

Requirement
  • High School Diploma or above
  • Work experience in customer service and clerical support is preferable
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Word Processing
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English & Cantonese, good command in Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong administration and time management skills
  • Detail oriented, positive attitude, self-motivated to be able to work independently and as part of a team
Duties
  • Perform general reception duties including cashier and billing handling, coordinate and communicate with visitors
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and facilities maintenance service, procures supplied and/or equipment
  • Handle various clerical and administrative duties
  • Maintain and update record
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments
