Patient Service Representative (Full-time) Diagnostic Imaging [5-day work week]

  • Completes necessary patient paper-work and documentation
  • Receives and distribute patients’ report, film and documents to corresponding parties accurately and efficiently
  • Work closely with in charge to make timely appointments
  • Answer telephone enquiries and assist in any inquiries on Department services
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service
  • DSE graduate, certificate holder in Customer Service/Secretarial related course is preferred
  • Previous experience in Customer Service oriented position or hospital setting is advantageous
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese). Mandarin is an asset.
  • Conversant with English & Chinese PC application and ability to perform typing (at least 25 wpm)
  • Demonstrates good interpersonal, communication and patient handling skills
  • Demonstrates independent problem solving skills
