Assists in the secretarial support to the PI Manager such as document management, meeting arrangement, communication to department heads for reports, timetable arrangement
Work with clinical staff, department managers on quality process issues.
Provide assistance and brief on the quality program as directed by PI Manager.
Assists with the accreditation and make arrangements
Performs other related duties and assignments as requested by the Performance Improvement Manager
Requirement
Form 5 or above
Good computer skills
Demonstrates good interpersonal and communication skills
