Performance Improvement Assistant (Full-time;1-year Contract) [5-day work week]

Duties
  • Assists in the secretarial support to the PI Manager such as document management, meeting arrangement, communication to department heads for reports, timetable arrangement
  • Work with clinical staff, department managers on quality process issues.
  • Provide assistance and brief on the quality program as directed by PI Manager.
  • Assists with the accreditation and make arrangements
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as requested by the Performance Improvement Manager
Requirement
  • Form 5 or above
  • Good computer skills
  • Demonstrates good interpersonal and communication skills
