Provide support to routine operations of Building Service and Maintenance Department
Compile documentation on E&M equipment and facilities management
Assist policy documentation and processes COP
Assist the CM and PM activities and monitoring of contract maintenance service
Assist to follow-up the renovation project, E&M system improvement project, investigation of the system or equipment and implementation of the project
Manage engineering studies and needs assessment for engineering system, replacement planning and management programmes
必要条件
Bachelor of Engineering in BSE / ME or equivalent
2 years or above experience in building service related engineering at hospital or healthcare facility, 1-2 years experience in project or maintenance engineering of BS and engineering system is preferred
Good in Computer skill including MS Office, AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
