Medical Technologist (Full-time)

• Supervise staff and distribute workload to ensure task is completed in timely manner
• Provide guidance and coaching to staff and assist in orientation and training of new staff
• Ensure the quality control testing and verification
• Monitor the efficiency and safety issue of the lab and recommend quality improvement as appropriate
• Other duties as required

• Master Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Biomedical Sciences or related disciplines.
• Part I Registration of Medical Laboratory Technologist with a valid practicing certificate issued by the HKMLT Board.
• 10 years or above in clinical laboratory experience with at least 5 years of supervisory experience
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good problem solving skills, able to work independently and as well as part of a team

Candidate with less experience may be considered as Associate Medical Technologist
