Patient Service Representative (Full-time) Diagnostic Imaging [5-day work week]

  • Completion of secondary school education, certificate in Customer/Secretarial is preferred
  • Previous experience in Customer Service orientated position or hospital setting is advantageous
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese). Mandarin is an asset.
  • Conversant with English & Chinese PC application and ability to perform typing (at least 25 wpm)
  • Willing to perform audio-typing, pervious experience in audio typing is highly preferred
  • Demonstrates good interpersonal, communication and patient handling skills
  • Demonstrates independent problem solving skills
