- Bachelor degree graduate from local or overseas university
- Proficient in PC operating system. e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint, etcetera.
- Minimum 3 years of secretarial or clerical support experience
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Experience in presentation and report preparation
- Experience in taking English minutes strongly preferred
- Demonstrate initiative, conscientiousness and willingness to learn
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Demonstrates good interpersonal and communication skills
- Support the daily operations, filing, and inventory of Administration Office
- Handle daily enquiries, reception and appointment management
- Handle Administrators’ schedules
- Act as the recording secretary in assigned committees and assist the secretary and chair in follow-up actions
- Drafting correspondences
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and regular reports
- Process petty cash reimbursements and reconciliation
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
