Secretary (Full-time)

必要条件
  • Bachelor degree graduate from local or overseas university
  • Proficient in PC operating system. e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint, etcetera.
  • Minimum 3 years of secretarial or clerical support experience
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Experience in presentation and report preparation
  • Experience in taking English minutes strongly preferred
  • Demonstrate initiative, conscientiousness and willingness to learn
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Demonstrates good interpersonal and communication skills
仕事内容
  • Support the daily operations, filing, and inventory of Administration Office
  • Handle daily enquiries, reception and appointment management
  • Handle Administrators’ schedules
  • Act as the recording secretary in assigned committees and assist the secretary and chair in follow-up actions
  • Drafting correspondences
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and regular reports
  • Process petty cash reimbursements and reconciliation
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
