We're getting in touch to once again say thank you for the excellent care you provided for our kid, when he was ill last week.

It was such a relief to have our child cared for by such incredibly skilled and compassionate staff. We really appreciated Dr's clear and effective communication along with his expertise in emergency medicine. The nurses who attended Nico - Mandy, Cat, and Edwin (and any others whose names we have not included here) - were so kind, gentle, and attentive. Special thanks also to Bill at accounts for his patience in dealing with our insurance company, and Edwina from the pharmacy who prepared Nico's medicine promptly.

Above all, I would like to give special recognition to the Guest Relations team — beautiful Phoebe Poon and Seff Ho and Mohammad Zubair (John). Words cannot fully express how thankful we are for everything they did for us. Their kindness, patience, and unwavering support were truly extraordinary. They were our constant source of comfort and reassurance, and they handled every concern with genuine care and professionalism.

And at the top of the Guest Relations team stands you, Chi Chi Kwok. The care and kindness we received from your team are a direct reflection of your leadership. It is clear that you lead by example and do your work in an outstanding way. This gives real meaning to what it means to be the best leader. Your guidance has shaped a team that is compassionate, professional, and truly exceptional — and for that, we are deeply grateful.

Please know that your team is truly extraordinary. The level of care, professionalism, and humanity we witnessed is a reflection of outstanding leadership and a remarkable culture within your hospital. I believe your team deserves the highest recognition. they are simply a great team.
