Insurance Coordinator (Full-time) 5-day work week

職責
  • Ensure smooth insurance-related processes including verifying coverage obtaining authorization and managing claims.
  • Act as a liaison between the hospital, insurance companies, and patients to ensure timely payments, accurate billing and claims processing.
  • Communicate and coordinate with insurance companies to resolve billing inquiries, discrepancies and expedite claims.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency on direct billing operational protocol.
  • Provide guidance, training and support to a team on insurance protocols and adherence to best practices.
  • Provide recommendations on new agreement and agreement renewal with potential / existing business partners.
  • To participate in various projects on the development, maintenance and enhancement of operations systems.
  • To work with the team to facilitate the Budget Estimation.
  • To assist in departmental planning and analysis.
職位要求
  • University graduate or above.
  • 3 years of health care or medical insurance experience, preferably in provider relations nature.
  • Good organization skills in maintaining and managing internal direct billing protocol.
  • With experience in service industry and customer service.
  • Demonstrate good communication, customer service, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Attention to details and excellent follow through on work tasks.
  • Ability to handle multiple of tasks at one time.
  • Demonstrate initiative and willingness to accept responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
