Clinic Operation Manager (Full-time) Adventist Medical Center
- Assist General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the Adventist Medical Centers
- Ensure compliance with the related regulations and standards of quality
- Assist in business development, including new service development and service improvement
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders
- Oversee center budgets and financial performance
- Lead, engage and motivate the Team
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Nursing, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
- Master’s degree in healthcare management or related field is preferred
- Experience in healthcare settings or medical facility management is required
- Proficient in healthcare management software and data analysis
