Duty Manager (Full-time) [5-day work week]
- Coordinate and evaluate the nursing regimen in nursing units for specified shift
- Serve as expert in clinical practice while coordinating the development, implementation and evaluation of nursing care
- Handle and oversee patient and manage staff issues
- Demonstrate nurse in charge duty as assigned
- Other ad hoc duties when required
- 40 hours work week
- Night shift & 12 hours shift on weekends & holidays are required
- Bachelor of Nursing is required
- Master Degree is preferred
- Holder of valid Hong Kong Registered Nurse license and current practicing certificate
- Valid ACLS is required
- 3 years administrative experience is necessary.
- Good communication skills are essential

- Demonstrates independent problem solving skills
