Dear Mr Lan,
I am a friend of Ms Wong who was admitted to your hospital on 2026/1/1 and is going to be discharged this evening.
During her stay at room 518C, I have been accompanying her for 20 consecutive days from morning till evening and I have observed and experienced many of your staff i.e. doctors, nurses and health care assistants and also clerks.
Your staff in general are polite, kind, courteous, and in time of need able to put the efforts to soothe the problem, solve the difficulties encountered by Ms Wong.
Apart from filling out the questionnaire attached, I am writing in particular, the following staff's merits. my and also Ms Wong;'s gratitudes to them.
1. Doctor who operated on Ms Wong on 2026/1/2 and 2026/1/9 with resounding success;
2. Doctor who is the "commander-in-chief" of Ms Wong's "war of survived" and is the most brilliant immunologist, I suppose, in Hong Kong with a lion heart;
3. Nurses Ms Vivian and Ms Vicky and health care assistants Ms Mandy and Ms Omi who are whole-heartedly helpful and caring;
4. Stoma nurse Ms Jean who has been bending over backward in helping Ms Wong to learn and familiarize with the cleaning, caring and maintenance her stoma;
5. Nurse Queenie who is very helpful to encourage Ms Wong to cope with her stoma, based upon her stoma knowledge from her stoma class and hand-on experiences.
