Guest Relations Officer (Full time) [5-day work week]
Guest Relations Office
Duties
To ensure seamless coordination for VIP guests and patients, including hospital information, transportation, and other special requests
To resolve problems arising from guests and attend inquiries with dispatch and report all guest comments, compliments, and suggestion to the manager.
To provide car parking service for guests or visitors at the main entrance
Actively shares with the guest about hospital services, meet and greet upon guests arrival.
To assist manage a portfolio of VIP guests, offering personalized service, building lasting relationships, and optimizing the patient experience.
To maintain guests services offered in the lobby, public areas meet the highest standards.
Requirement
Diploma holder in Hospitality, Tourism Management or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years or above of experience in five-stars hotel, Guest services or Hospital industry
Being compassionate to patients, friendly, proactively offer assistance and guest oriented
Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills and team player
Multi-tasking and good time-management is required
Immediately available is preferred
