On March 17, 2026, my family and I faced one of the most frightening moments of our lives at your hospital. As we waited anxiously in the corridor, hearts heavy with uncertainty, your team’s extraordinary professionalism, unwavering dedication, and genuine compassion turned our fear into hope. We are deeply grateful.

We would like to express our greatest thanks to cardiology specialist, and his surgical team. For over five hours in the operating room, they battled through immense challenges with masterful skill and steady resolve. When doctor emerged—exhausted yet reassuring—and explained everything clearly, we went from despair to relief in an instant. His expertise and commitment touched us profoundly.

The operating theatre team worked in perfect harmony, every movement precise amid the tension. In the ward, nurses provided round-the-clock care—gentle adjustments at midnight, quick responses to pain, patient answers to our endless questions—watching our family member recover from weakness to strength. Their kindness made the hospital feel like a second home.

Our sincere thanks also go to the floor reception team for their clear guidance during admissions and visits, easing us through the chaos. The lobby accounts staff handled billing with patience and clarity. And to the frontline staff—lobby attendants, security, and information desk staff—who directed us with smiles, to arrange taxi for us efficiently, and stayed cheerful in the rush—you quietly made everything possible.

Your entire team at Hong Kong Adventist Hospital – Stubbs Road builds trust with skill, serving with heart and deliver quality service.

本人謹此代母親向醫生、姑娘及其專業團隊致以誠摯的感謝。感謝他們在本人母親就心臟問題接受診治的過程中展現出高度的專業精神、細心關懷、體恤及對病人深切的理解，更以耐心和同理心安撫病人情緒，令我們深感安心和感激。

特別感謝醫生的專業斷症，令母親不需要接受不必須的手術，讓她及家人可以放下心頭大石，安心面對後續的治療與生活。在整個診治過程中，醫生不僅展現出精準的醫學判斷，更以仁心仁術的精神體現出醫者對病人真誠的關懷與尊敬，不分貧富，將醫德與技術結合。

同時感謝姑娘在協助母親進行心臟超聲波檢查時展現出親切、細心及專業的態度，讓病人能在舒適的環境下完成檢查。

此外，在我們兩次到訪醫院期間，深切感受到醫院各方面人員對病人及伴行者所展現的親切態度，以及「以人為本」的精神。這種專業與關懷並重的服務，令我們對醫院的整體團隊留下深刻而正面的印象。

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude and admiration for the outstanding care my husband received during his hospital stay yesterday. He was admitted to the 5/F Ward for an Electrophysiology Study and RF Ablation procedure, and from the moment we arrived, we were met with professionalism, warmth, and genuine compassion.

First and foremost, I would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team on the 5/F Ward. Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and reassuring. In particular, we are immensely grateful to Wallance, whose dedication and expertise truly stood out. He was meticulous and professional in preparing my husband for the procedure, and he took the time to check on him frequently, offering comfort, reassurance, and clear explanations throughout the process.

What meant even more to us was that Wallance's care extended beyond my husband's medical needs. He also showed genuine concern for me as a family member, ensuring that I felt informed and supported during what could easily have been an anxious experience. His calm and compassionate presence gave both my husband and me tremendous peace of mind, especially as this was my husband's first surgical procedure.

We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the entire Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory team, and in particular to Sam, for the exceptional care and professionalism demonstrated throughout my husband's treatment journey. From the preoperative preparations and the procedure itself to the recovery phase, Sam demonstrated outstanding competence, professionalism, and compassion. His steady demeanor, confidence, and clear communication helped my husband feel completely at ease, to the extent that he experienced virtually no fear or anxiety throughout the entire process.

It is rare to encounter healthcare professionals who combine such high levels of technical expertise with genuine warmth and empathy. The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory team exemplified these qualities and made what could have been a stressful experience remarkably smooth and reassuring.

Thanks to the collective efforts of your wonderful teams, my husband's surgical experience was far less daunting than we had anticipated. The exceptional care we received reflects the high standards and patient-centered values of Hong Kong Adventist Hospital.

Please convey our sincere appreciation to Wallance, Sam, the entire 5/F Ward team, and all members of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. They are a tremendous asset to your hospital and a true credit to the healthcare profession.

首先萬分感謝醫生仁心仁術，救了妹妹一命！

妹妹8月初在政府醫院確診了冠狀主動脈塞了99%（冠心病）。轉介政府心臟科要排到2個月後10月半才可以看情況安排排期做通波仔手術。

當時妹妹感覺十分焦急但又徬徨無助，由於情況緊急，本人透過朋友朱小姐介紹，在8月11日看心臟專科醫生。

醫生細閱妹妹的心臟血管造影報告及病歷後，察覺情況嚴重（塞了其中1條主動脈 99%），便馬上安排了一星期後8月21日在港安醫院進行通波仔手術。

期間醫生亦好細心問我妹妹病歷、生活習慣、工作等，得知妹妹是基層打工仔，有經濟困難售（後），主動轉介了港安醫院心臟慈善基金資助申請，並於3天內批出資助! 可以用資助價錢做通波仔手術，解決妹妹燃眉之急！

期間亦十分感謝港安醫院心臟慈善基金所有同工迅速的安排批出申請！ 妹妹手術當天8月21日下午時分，更有慈善基金兩位職員 Katie & Heidi 前來探望妹妹術後情況，感到十分溫暖感動！

此外，亦十分感謝 5/F 8號病房的所有醫護人員的手術前後的悉心照顧妹妹，由妹妹入院到出院，整個安排都十分妥當，細心、專業、週到！
