Highlights of Joint Replacement Center

Highlights of Joint Replacement Center
  • Convenient access: Most joint replacement services including registration, consultation, pharmacy and rehabilitation are located on the ground floor of our hospital, ensuring easy accessibility
  • Cutting-Edge Technology: Highly advanced technology and equipment, such as robotic surgical systems and integrated operating room systems enhance the quality and standards of joint replacement surgery
  • Enhanced Surgical Safety: Combination of the second-generation O-arm O2 imaging system and the StealthStation 8 navigation system significantly improves the safety of our surgeries
  • Seamless Patient Experience: MRI scans may be arranged for patients after their consultation with an orthopedic doctor, allowing for a seamless patient experience as well as more accurate diagnoses and efficient formulation of treatment and surgery plans
  • Professional Medical Team: The professional medical team includes orthopedic specialists,  radiologists, surgical nurses, radiologic technologists, physiotherapists, and a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. They work collaboratively to quickly and accurately assess, diagnose, and treat patients based on their specific conditions
  • Pre-Operation Comprehensive Assessment Clinic: It provides a thorough evaluation service for patients preparing for surgery. Its goal is to educate patients about the surgical process and related preparations, enhancing patient safety, reducing anxiety, and lowering the risk of surgical complications, thereby promoting postoperative recovery. Our specialized team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses, conducts detailed assessments based on each patient's medical history. Anesthesiologists can develop personalized anesthesia plans for elderly patients to minimize side effects and ensure the precise use of anesthetic medications, which aids in speeding up patient recovery. Some patients may be able to get out of bed on the day of surgery or the following day, significantly improving surgical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
